RETURN POLICY
We sell exclusive and one-of-a-kind inventory with high-quality hand-made rugs and they should be appreciated for what they are. However, we also understand that you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, AZ International, LLC (Fine Rugs) offers you a free 30 day return for a refund of the purchase priced of the rug (s).
To initiate a return:
Please contact us, and bring or send the items back for no charge within 30 days of your purchase or receiving your order. Request for a return by emailing us at azinternationalrugs@gmail.com
Information needed are:
Item/SKU # and the invoice #. If it is to be shipped, we will need the dimensions and weight of the package (s) you’ll be shipping the rug in. To make sure the package will arrive in the same condition that we shipped it, please fold, roll, and package the rug like how we shipped it to you, (please use the same type of plastic, or other similar material strong enough to protect the rug during the transit). The package should not exceed 45x15x15 dimensions (LxWxH). Once we have received all the information that was mentioned above, you will receive an email with the return label. Please drop off your package (s) at a nearby FedEx or UPS drop point with the return label (s) that you received. (If this item is falls under the free shipping/return category). Our free 30-day return policy is how we create a better shopping experience and customer satisfaction. FREE RETURN DOESN’T APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM DESIGNED PIECES. International customers are responsible for using their own return label to ship the rug (s) back to our location. Free Return doesn't apply to international and Freight Orders (LTL), these returns need to be coordinated by customers.
Return eligibility
Most of our rugs are eligible for full refunds if they are:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Rug pads are not returnable. Our quality rug pads are custom cut to fit each rug. For this reason, rug pad purchases are not returnable and will not be refunded.
